WILDER VS PARKER WHO WINS ?

Deontay Wilder has officially announced that a deal is in the works for a significant heavyweight showdown with Anthony Joshua.

Before this mega-fight can materialize, both Wilder and Joshua need to navigate their respective matches against Joseph Parker and Otto Wallin in Saudi Arabia this weekend. The longstanding rivalry between the two fighters, who once collectively held all four world titles, could now be settled to determine Tyson Fury's next challenger.

Reportedly scheduled for March 9 in Saudi Arabia, just three weeks after Fury's bout with Oleksandr Usyk, the fight between Wilder and Joshua seems to be taking shape. Wilder expressed his readiness to commit to the plans laid out by the Saudi organizers, praising their clear structure and the assurance of a fixed schedule for fighters.

"I'm ready, willing, and able to do whatever the Saudis have planned," Wilder stated. "As of now, there's nothing stopping the fight between me and AJ, barring an unexpected loss on December 23. The obstacles that hindered this match before, like managerial and promotional issues, seem resolved. If we both come out victorious on December 23, expect an exciting 2024 with Wilder versus Joshua."

However, Wilder cautioned Joshua about underestimating his opponent, Otto Wallin, in the upcoming match on Saturday. He emphasized that every fighter, including Wallin and Parker, has a chance depending on their determination and hunger on the fight night.

Wilder, known as 'The Bronze Bomber,' enjoyed an undefeated record of 40-0 until his encounters with Fury. Despite his reputation as one of the hardest punchers in heavyweight boxing history, Fury's return in 2018 marked a turning point. The first bout ended in a controversial draw, and in the subsequent two fights in 2020 and 2021, Fury secured knockout victories.

While Wilder faced setbacks, he made a remarkable comeback in 2022 by defeating Robert Helenius in the first round. Now, he faces a formidable challenge against former WBO heavyweight world champion Joseph Parker on December 23 in Saudi Arabia. If he triumphs, the much-anticipated clash with Joshua awaits, who himself will be taking on Otto Wallin on the same card.
